Field Service Specialist

job requirements:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Chemistry or Biology, Electronic Engineering or other science related filed is desired,
Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit; adaptable to frequent business trips;
Two years of experience with installation, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing scientific instrumentation, preferably with LC, HPLC/UPLC, LC/MS/MS, etc

Job Responsibilities:

installation, perform maintenance, troubleshoot and repair LC, HPLC/UPLC, LC/MS, and LC/MS/MS system

Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, and manage customer expectations.
